Dunamis Consulting, a division of Dunamis Organization Services, in association with Teleos and The KNOW Network has announced the Winners of the sixth annual Indonesian Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises (MAKE) study. The Winners were named at Indonesia's leading knowledge management event - "Knowledge Festival" - held in Jakarta.

The Indonesian MAKE study is an established benchmark which recognizes Indonesia's leading organizations for their ability to leverage enterprise knowledge to deliver superior performance in the areas of innovation, operational effectiveness and excellence in products and services.
A blue-ribbon panel of 27 Indonesian business leaders and knowledge management experts selected the 2010 Indonesian MAKE Winners based on submissions of their Company Knowledge Profiles. A specially-trained team from Dunamis verified the submitted information and followed up by interviews with representatives from each Finalist. An Independent Panel reviewed the results to verify and validate the scoring.
The 2010 Indonesian MAKE expert panel ranked the companies against the MAKE framework of eight key knowledge performance dimensions that are the visible drivers of competitive advantage:
- creating a corporate knowledge-driven culture
- developing knowledge leaders
- delivering superior knowledge-based products/services
- maximizing enterprise intellectual capital
- creating a collaborative knowledge sharing enterprise environment
- creating a learning organization
- delivering value based on customer/stakeholder knowledge
- transforming enterprise knowledge into shareholder/stakeholder value
A total of 85 Indonesian organizations were nominated for the 2010 Indonesian MAKE Award. From this group of nominees, 25 organizations were recognized as 2010 Indonesian MAKE Finalists.
The top three Indonesian MAKE Winners - Bank Mandiri (Persero), Unilever Indonesia and United Tractors - automatically become Finalists in the 2010 Asian MAKE study. The Winners of the 2010 Asian MAKE study will be announced in October 2010.
